Bord Bia Cookery
Hazelwood College Third Year Home Economics students are pictured here having travelled to Listowel recently to participate in the Demonstration in the Listowel Arms Hotel, which was an event organised as part of the Listowel Food Fair 2016. Students were able to observe the professional chefs in action to help hone their budding ‘Master Chef’ skills.

Hazelwood 5th Year Home Economics students learnt many skills at Recipe4Success Cookery School, Annacotty on 2nd March 2016. They worked on the assignments for their Leaving Cert Home Economics Practical Food Studies. The following photos are as follows –
