Congratulations to Chloe, Sinead and Ciara on reaching the Southern Regional Finals of the prestigous Junk Kouture Competition with their creation “Eat, Sleep, Shoot,Repeat”. They will now take to the stage of the University Concert Hall on March 8th to represent the school in what is always a great show! They will need your help to ensure that they progress as far as possible in the competition and an online voting system will be launched later this month. Watch this space !!!!!

Retreat for TY
Some time out from a busy schedule for the TYs on Friday as they took part in a spiritual retreat at the Dominican Retreat Centre in Ennismore, Cork.
Four seasons in a day
Torc Mountain 2018
The four hour walk as part of Mental Health Week 2018, took the students from the base of the Waterfall at Torc in Killarney to the top of Top Mountain, a 5km climb of 535m (1755ft) in just over 2 hours. Over the 5km we experienced every weather from beautiful sunshine to driving wind and rain at the top. After a quick bite to eat in the shelter from the wind it was back down to the warmth and sunshine. Unfortunately no spectacular views from the top this year, maybe next time…
