Hazelwood College Dromcollogher scored a comprehensive win over Desmond College Newcastlewest to reach the schools Senior Football Final. The team, coached this year by local PE Teaching student Patrick Donnelly never looked to be in any difficulty. Chris Morrissey, Joseph Cotter and Ger O Gorman were always in command to make up a solid Dromcollogher Defence. Inter County player Michael Boyce assisted by teammates Derry Mc Carthy and Kevin McGill put over some fine points for Hazelwood College. Desmond College only managed to get the ball to their full forward line on a few occasions and even then found that the in form Damien Stokes was impossible to beat.
