After weeks of preparation and hard work we couldnt be prouder of our fantastic debating team and their teacher Ms Shanahan as they head to Dublin today to take on CBS Mullingar in the All -Ireland Semi- Final of the Concern Debating Competition. Hazelwood will be opposing the motion ” The current world aid system is ineffective- its time to shift the power”. Whatever happens this evening at the Camden Court Hotel in Dublin- this team have everything to be proud of for many years to come finding themselves in the top 4 of Irish Secondary schools.
